SID Bank recognizes the importance of personal data protection and processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), as well as the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP 2). To ensure the security and lawfulness of processing, we have adopted internal rules and procedures and implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures that provide for effective protection of personal data and the safeguarding of individuals’ rights.
As the controller of your personal data, and with the aim of upholding the principle of fair and transparent processing, SID Bank has prepared the General Information on Personal Data Processing, which enables individuals to access, in a single place, all relevant information relating to the processing of their personal data.
