Transfer of equity financing activities from SID Bank, Inc to the subsidiary SID Svetovanje
In line with the bank's strategy, SID Bank is transferring the equity financing, together with the pertaining investments, from SID Bank (the Transferring Company) to its subsidiary SID Svetovanje (the Acquiring Company), with the aim to proactively address the equity financing gap and strengthen the capital market in the Republic of Slovenia (the so-called spin-off by acquisition).
On 2 July 2025, a spin-off and acquisition agreement concluded between SID Bank and SID Svetovanje d.o.o. was submitted to the Court Register of the District Court in Ljubljana. The consent of SID Bank’s General Meeting of shareholders is also required for the completion of the spin-off by acquisition.
