Borut Jamnik, born in 1970 in Ljubljana, began his career at the Slovenian Restructuring and Privatization Agency after completing his studies in theoretical mathematics at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Technology, University of Ljubljana. He then joined Kapitalska družba, where he took over the leadership of the department for analysis and information technology. He led the project for the establishment of the first pension fund in Slovenia. In 2000, he assumed the position of a member of the management board of Kapitalska družba. He served as the president of the management board of Kapitalska družba during the periods of 2003-2005 and 2008-2011, and in the interim, he was a member of the management board of Hit, responsible for finance and group management, as well as an advisor and later a member of the management board of Probanka Družba za upravljanje. In 2011, he took over the leadership of the management board of Modra zavarovalnica, where he was responsible for asset management, compliance, planning and controlling, as well as legal and human resources matters.

Since 1999, he has been a member or president of numerous supervisory boards in various companies (Telekom Slovenije, Pivovarna Laško, Zavarovalnica Triglav, NLB, Luka Koper, Comet, Swaty, Lesnina, Žito, Krka, Nova KBM, etc.). From 2012 to 2018, he was a member of Board of Directors of the European Association of Public Sector Pension Institutions (EAPSPI).

In the Slovenian Association of Supervisory Boards (ZNS), of which he was also the president from 2012 to 2020, he actively participated in the development of corporate governance practices and the functioning of supervisory boards and management boards. As a member of supervisory boards, he is involved in various complex corporate actions and contributes to solving challenging business challenges with his extensive experience and negotiation skills.

Mag. Stanka Šarc Majdič graduated and later obtained a master's degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Ljubljana.

She began her career in the business sector but soon joined the financial sector, where she has been working for over 15 years, including 12 years in banking. She gained banking experience as an executive director for risk management at Gorenjska Banka and previously in international banking groups such as Sparkasse and Hypo Alpe Adria Bank.

She also ventured into the marketing agency, where she took over the management of the finance, accounting, and IT department, enhancing and optimizing processes through planning and financial reporting. She further developed her expertise as a compliance director in a fintech company, overseeing compliance and risk management systems and processes, while providing advisory services to the management board on business development, risk management, and compliance.

Throughout her professional journey, she pursued additional education in strategic planning, employee development, banking, and business finance, with a focus on company valuation and the development of credit risk management strategies. She actively developed and implemented new risk management tools, aiming to improve business performance and efficiency.
